Harmony Play Therapy offers child‑centred Play Therapy for children aged 3–12, using play to help children express feelings, make sense of experiences, and build skills for managing emotions, behaviour, anxiety, trauma, confidence, and relationships.
Children of all abilities are welcomed and supported. Parents are supported through regular check‑ins and updates, and all interactions are developmentally appropriate, focusing on emotional wellbeing, and what each child uniquely needs.
