Liminal Space Psychology

Faye Evans Psychologist Board Approved Supervisor & Author

Liminal Space Psychology supports adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, identity shifts, grief, and emotional exhaustion, often while appearing to manage well on the outside. While these themes may look different on the surface, the work underneath them is shared.
Faye works in a trauma-informed, neuro-informed way that pays close attention to the nervous system, emotional patterns, and the meaning people make of their experiences. Sessions are reflective rather than prescriptive, integrating psychological understanding with body awareness and gentle inquiry, so change unfolds through insight, safety, and alignment rather than pressure or quick fixes.

Areas of support include:

Midlife and menopause-related psychological adjustment
Perinatal support, pregnancy, matrescence, and new parenthood
Identity shifts, burnout, and emotional fatigue
Mood and anxiety concerns during periods of transition
Grief and loss
Body-based distress and health-related life changes
Career change, leadership stress, and workplace empowerment

Liminal Space Psychology particularly supports women navigating transition, change, and questions of meaning.
